Terms

Terms governing your use of FocusFrog. Last updated: March 2026.

The deal

By using FocusFrog, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's totally fine โ€” just don't use the app. No hard feelings. ๐Ÿธ

How you can (and can't) use FocusFrog

You can: - Use it for personal productivity (that's what it's for) - Use it for work, school, creative projects, whatever - Recommend it to friends, write blog posts about it, complain about it on Reddit

You can't: - Reverse-engineer or copy the app - Resell it or redistribute it as your own - Use it to do anything illegal or harmful - Abuse the service in ways that hurt other users (e.g., spamming our servers if we ever add cloud features)

Basically: be cool, and we'll be cool.

Subscriptions and payments

FocusFrog is free with optional Pro features.

Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual). Payment and renewals are handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We never see your payment info โ€” Apple and Google handle that.

Refunds follow the app store's policy: - Apple's refund policy - Google Play's refund policy

Canceling: You can cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. You'll keep Pro until the end of your billing period.

Disclaimers (the boring lawyer stuff)

FocusFrog is provided "as is." We do our best to make it work reliably, but we can't guarantee it'll be perfect 100% of the time. If a bug causes you to lose data, we're sorry โ€” but we're not liable for damages. (That's why we built the Backup & Restore feature. Use it!)

We're not responsible for third-party integrations (like Todoist). If Todoist goes down or changes their API, we'll fix it as fast as we can, but we don't control their service.

Changes to these terms

We might update these terms occasionally (e.g., if we add new features or a lawyer yells at us). If we do, we'll update the date at the top and let you know in the app if it's a big change.

Continuing to use FocusFrog after an update means you're good with the new terms.
